Viccarbe: home furniture

Viccarbe is an interior design company, base in Valencia, dedicated to the manufacturing of contemporary furniture for the home and facilities. It was founded in 1999 by Víctor Carrasco Berlanga, a mechanical engineer with a degree in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). The company maintains close collaborative ties with the UPV, specifically with the Higher Technical School of Design Engineering (ETSID), given that several employees of the company studied there and are also in charge of testing the prototypes.

The Viccarbe collection is the result of years of work developed together with the most prestigious international designers, such as Patricia Urquiola, Jaime Hayon, Piero Lissoni, Jean-Marie Massaud, Lievore Altherr and Molina, Naoto Fukasawa, Arik Levy and John Pawson, among others.

The Viccarbe collection contains and reflects a contemporary lifestyle through products committed to current needs in furnishing the habitat. A collection characterized by qualitative simplicity, innovative elegance and global identity; capable of proposing new forms of relationship and communication with the user and integrating naturally into various environments. A collection that is inserted within the framework of the timeless for those who live in the present and think about the future.

The company’s production is carried out in Spain under the environmental certification ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. Its products are endorsed by the ANSI BIFMA and UNE certificates and have a 5-year guarantee. In addition, Viccarbe has a demanding environmental project as a result of its awareness of the sustainable production program. They use PEFC certified wood with all the indicated products.
