GALIVIVIENDA and OIKOS choose GUNNI&TRENTINO to create the “Barquillo 12” stand, which they will share at the current edition of CASA DECOR until June 22, in the building of the former headquarters of the COAM in Madrid.
Galivvienda is a nationwide cooperative founded by a group of Galician investors in late 2006 to build and renovate high-quality homes at cost price. In 2009, the group expanded, transforming the company into a nationwide cooperative, with new developments throughout Spain and Latin America. The countertop has been custom-made in Portoro Brown Marble from the GUNNI&TRENTINO Natural Stone Collection [GTP], with a 6 cm straight edge and mitred corners, with the sides facing the floor made of the same stone.The kitchen features include a 5-burner Smeg PX750 gas hob with a 74cm wide stainless steel base, a Smeg MD13-CR single-lever chrome-finished faucet with pull-out spout, and a Smeg VQ72RS-2 stainless steel sink. The flooring is a brushed and varnished black-stained oak from the Gunni&Trentino Maderas [GTM] collection.The matte silk finish of the furniture is combined with the Leach display cabinets with reflex glass and a matte black aluminum frame, matching the built-in walnut shelving with gloss black lacquered fronts by Poliform. The living-dining room includes furniture by Vitra, Arflex, Lapalma, Carl Hansen, B&B Italia, and Poliform, with wood finishes and upholstery in natural tones that contribute to creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The spherical, clear glass and copper-finished Reflex light fixtures add a warm touch to the lighting of a space that enjoys abundant natural light.
