Legal Basis of the draw:

The entity GRUPO DE INTERIORES SL., with registered office at Calle Lago Carucedo, S/N POL. IND. COBOCALLEJA, 28947, Fuenlabrada (MADRID) and provided with CIF number B85578672, hereinafter GUNNI&TRENTINO, will carry out a promotion aimed at clients who are natural persons, of legal age, with tax residence in the national territory, and who, in addition, meet the requirements, requirements and conditions expressed in these legal bases (hereinafter "the bases"), of free participation, which will take place in the city of Madrid on the dates and under the circumstances detailed below.

FIRST – OBJECTIVE, PARTICIPATION DEADLINE AND DATE OF THE COMPETITION

The objective of the promotion is to promote the GUNNI&TRENTINO brand, as well as to encourage and publicize the purchase and use of its products sold through its stores and website.

A sweepstakes is being held on Instagram. Any individual of legal age, resident in Spain, and who meets the requirements established in the THIRD section below may participate in the contest.

The participation period is established as follows:

Start date: March 1, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
End date: March 7, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.
At the end of the participation period, and within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS from that date, the winner will be selected in accordance with the terms set forth in these rules. One winner and two alternates will be selected. GUNNI&TRENTINO will contact the winner and the alternates in accordance with the procedure established for this purpose in these rules.

SECOND PRIZE

2.1. The winner will receive dinner for two at La Carlota restaurant and two tickets to Casa Decor.

2.2. Shipments must originate within the national territory of Spain.

2.3. Winners will be able to enjoy their prize starting March 8th. "Casa Decor" closes on March 10th, 2019, so tickets can only be redeemed for the weekend of March 8th, 9th, and 10th. Dinner can be redeemed at any time by making a reservation one day in advance.

2.4. The participant awarded a prize (the “prizewinner”) must duly comply with the requirements set out in Clause Three.

2.5. The prize awarded may not be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the request of the winner. GUNNI&TRENTINO is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once the prize has been awarded.

THIRD – SUBJECTIVE SCOPE

3.1. Those who meet the following requirements may participate in the competition:

Be a natural person and/or legal entity. Natural persons must be of legal age. Minors may not participate in this contest or in other promotions or brand activities on Instagram. Parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the internet in general and Instagram in particular.
Be a tax resident in national territory (Spain).
Have a real, personal, and active profile on the Instagram social network. For these purposes, GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota, and Manuel Espejo will understand in all cases that a natural person/legal entity only has one real profile on Instagram, and therefore, any profiles that cannot be proven to correspond to a natural person/legal entity at the time of the request will be deleted and reported to Instagram. GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota, and Manuel Espejo may unilaterally consider profiles whose name does not correspond to that of the natural person claiming to be their owner to be fake. Fictitious Instagram profiles will not be accepted for participation in this contest.
To be eligible to receive the prize, participants must complete all of the following actions:

Participation in the contest is open to Instagram users who begin following these profiles once the entry period has begun, as well as to those who were already following them before the start of the contest.
On the profiles of GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota and Manuel Espejo, a post will be posted announcing the contest and informing of the 3 requirements that must be met to be able to participate in it, which are:

• Like the photo announcing the contest. Participating on all three accounts (GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota, and Manuel Espejo) is optional. However, participating on all three accounts gives you a better chance of winning.

GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota, and Manuel Espejo reserve the right to discard any contributions or comments that lack content or that do not relate to the topic at hand, and also reserve the right to remove such comments from their walls.

GUNNI&TRENTINO will invite its followers to comment on and share the GUNNI&TRENTINO contest post with their friends on their personal timelines, although this will not be a criterion for participation in this contest.

It will be an essential requirement to comply with the requirements for awarding the prize and the transfer of the participant's image rights in the terms expressed in these rules to be eligible for the prize.

3.2. The following may not participate in the competition, even if they meet the requirements expressed in the preceding section (3.1.):

Those who are employees of GUNNI&TRENTINO, the organizers of this promotion, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, whether by blood or marriage.
The companies that supply GUNNI&TRENTINO with any of the processes or services required for this promotion.
3.3. Incompatibilities and impossibility of receiving the prize:

The same person may not be elected twice, ie, he/she may not be both the winner and the alternate, nor may he/she occupy both alternate positions described above.
The same user may participate as many times as they wish, and all entries will be valid when choosing the winner.
The winner of the competition, whether as a winner or as a substitute, will be able to participate in future competitions that GUNNI&TRENTINO decides to hold if the prize after the first one is not awarded.
Anyone who has met all the participation requirements but does not continue to meet them at the time of the prize presentation will not be eligible to receive any prize.

FOURTH – COMPETITION MECHANICS

Once the participation period is over, GUNNI&TRENTINO will register those participants who have commented on the post on the company's account and on Manuel Espejo's, and will generate a provisional list that includes the Instagram profile names of all those users. Secondly, we will verify that all those users included in the list are followers of the GUNNI&TRENTINO, La Carlota, and Manuel Espejo profiles. Once this verification is complete, the final list of contest participants will be finalized. Subsequently, comments will be manually scrolled through the same post, and then manually paused. The winner will be selected where the person scrolling the comments stops. The entire process will be recorded and uploaded as a story to GUNNI&TRENTINO's Instagram account @gunnitrentinofficial.

Within the period established for this purpose in these rules, the procedure for notifying the winner will be initiated as provided for in Clause Five of the rules.

GUNNI&TRENTINO reserves the right to hold a second contest, in the event that the prize is not awarded or the prize cannot be awarded to the winner, in which a single person will be chosen from among the participants and will be contacted again by GUNNI&TRENTINO. Both the contest and the communication in the case of this potential second contest will follow the same dynamics as the contest described in these rules. In this potential second contest, the same list as the one used for the first will be used, eliminating from it those who were chosen as winner or alternate in the first.

GUNNI&TRENTINO reserves the right to modify the procedure established here for any reason.

FIFTH – NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNER AND FORMALIZATION OF THE AWARD

Once the winner and alternate have been selected, GUNNI&TRENTINO will proceed as follows:

• GUNNI&TRENTINO will contact the winner by sending a private message via Instagram. This communication will be made within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of the contest. In this communication, the winner will be informed of their status as a winner and will be asked to confirm/inform GUNNI&TRENTINO of their personal details (name and surname, email address, and mobile/telephone number) for the sole purpose of coordinating the delivery of the prize.
• The winner has 48 HOURS from the notification of their status as winner to respond to GUNNI&TRENTINO, expressing their acceptance of the prize in writing and providing the personal information requested in the previous paragraph.
• Once the winner's acceptance and information have been obtained, GUNNI&TRENTINO will contact them by email or phone/mobile to inform them of the prize delivery procedure and the method and timeframe for activating the prize.
• If the prizewinner does not respond to the initial contact from GUNNI&TRENTINO within the timeframe and in the manner established in section 2 of this clause, GUNNI&TRENTINO will understand that the prizewinner does not accept the prize and renounces his or her status as prizewinner. GUNNI&TRENTINO will then contact the first alternate, following the same procedure and timeframe as previously established in this clause. In this case, this first alternate will assume the status of prizewinner.
• In the event that GUNNI&TRENTINO again does not receive a response within the timeframe and in the manner specified above, GUNNI&TRENTINO will contact the runner-up in the competition, who will then become the winner. If the runner-up also does not receive a response within the timeframe and manner specified, the prize will be forfeited. The prize will also be forfeited if the winners are unable, for any reason, to accept the prize.
• Claims will not be accepted from winners who, having been contacted in a timely manner, have not responded to GUNNI&TRENTINO within the timeframe and in the manner established in this clause.
• It is at the sole discretion of GUNNI&TRENTINO whether a second contest may be held in accordance with the procedures set out in Clause Four.
• Under no circumstances may the prize for this promotion be changed or compensated at the winner's request. GUNNI&TRENTINO reserves the right to modify the prize under the terms established in Clause Two of these rules.

SIXTH – TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA

Participants who provide their data on this page expressly authorize GUNNI&TRENTINO to reproduce and use their name, surname, Instagram profile, voice, and/or image in any advertising and/or promotional activity related to the contest in which they win a prize, without such use conferring any right to remuneration or benefit. Participants specifically and expressly authorize GUNNI&TRENTINO to use them within the framework of advertising and/or promotional activities related to the contest that are carried out on GUNNI&TRENTINO's social networks.

Participants in the competition grant GUNNI&TRENTINO free of charge any type of rights that may correspond to them in relation to their participation in the competition, in particular, all intellectual property rights of a patrimonial nature and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, disclosure and making available to the public, as well as the right of transformation by any means, whether audiovisual, photographic, reprographic, television, cinematographic, video-graphic, phonographic, computer, electronic, analog and/or digital, including telecommunications networks, social networks and the Internet, for the whole world and until they pass into the public domain, GUNNI&TRENTINO being able to assign, transfer by any means and license such rights to third parties.

GUNNI&TRENTINO may, before awarding the prize to the winner, obtain the express consent of the winner for the purpose of promoting the competition, using his or her name and image for this purpose, in strict compliance with the obligations that GUNNI&TRENTINO derives from Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and Organic Law 1/1982 on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and One's Own Image.

Participants in the contest exempt GUNNI&TRENTINO and its collaborators from any liability arising, in particular, from plagiarism or in general from any other violation of current legislation, guaranteeing that they are the owners of the intellectual property rights, with the power to transfer them to third parties with the scope, temporal and territorial scope established in the preceding paragraphs, thereby not violating the rights of third parties.

SEVENTH – GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

• To collect or send the prize, the current tax legislation in force at the time of collecting or sending the prize will apply.
• The period for filing any claim related to the contest ends 15 days after the last day of the participation period.
• In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, GUNNI&TRENTINO informs the participant that the data provided will be included in files for which GUNNI&TRENTINO is responsible, whose details appear in the heading of these rules, and will be processed for the purpose of managing this promotion.
• Participants may access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of their data, under the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned personal data protection regulations, by writing to GUNNI&TRENTINO's registered office, located at Calle Lago Carucedo, S/N, POL. IND. COBOCALLEJA, 28947, Fuenlabrada (MADRID).
• Without prejudice to the foregoing, we inform you that the data provided will be deleted from the aforementioned files 180 days after the last day of the participation period.
• The rules will be published throughout the participation period on the GUNNI&TRENTINO website.
• In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of these rules, the Organizer's judgment shall prevail. Any statement to the contrary, that is, non-acceptance of these rules, will result in the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, GUNNI&TRENTINO will be released from its obligations to said participant.
• If any provision of these rules is declared, in whole or in part, null or void, such nullity or voidness will affect only the provision or part thereof that is null or void, the rest of the Rules remaining in effect, and such provision or the part thereof that is affected will be considered as not included, unless, due to being essential to these Rules, it would affect them comprehensively. This contest is conducted through the official GUNNI&TRENTINO Instagram profile.
• Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this contest in any way, and it is in no way associated with Instagram. Furthermore, participants in the contest organized by GUNNI&TRENTINO expressly release Instagram from any liability arising from this contest.
• GUNNI&TRENTINO reserves the right to suspend, extend, and/or cancel this contest, provided there is justified cause, and to modify these rules. GUNNI&TRENTINO undertakes to communicate the new rules and conditions, or, if applicable, the definitive cancellation of the contest, with sufficient advance notice. This does not imply any liability for GUNNI&TRENTINO or any right to compensation for participants.
• GUNNI&TRENTINO is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners, which prevents their correct identification and communication.

EIGHTH – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

By simply participating in this promotion, participants accept these legal terms and conditions and GUNNI&TRENTINO's discretion regarding the resolution of any issues arising from this promotion.

Any statement of non-acceptance will result in the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, GUNNI&TRENTINO will be released from the obligation it has with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all expenses incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as any liability that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. Therefore, the winner will be responsible for all taxes incurred or expenses not specifically mentioned in these rules.

NINTH – LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

This contest will be governed by Spanish law. Both the organizer and participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid City for any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution, and/or compliance with the provisions of these rules.
