Discover the designer furniture and interior design solutions we implemented in this luxury residential complex, including a designer pool with a sea-entry effect.
The first thing that catches our eye when we enter this beautiful estate are the high-end materials of the entrance, which add majesty to the building and are perfectly in tune with its style.
To the left, we find the inspiring and minimalist designer garden , whose main feature is the avant-garde pool, characterized by simulating the entrance to a crystalline Caribbean sea.
As for the rest of the design of the outdoor green areas, a minimalist style was prioritized, eliminating elements that do not provide functionality and favoring more space for the pool and lawn.
From the garden, we enter the main kitchen, dominated by a central island with plenty of space and made of beautiful materials. We also highlight the designer furniture with plenty of storage space and the choice of a dark and elegant color scheme that blends beautifully with its desirable location.
As in the rest of the spaces, the priority was to combine design and functionality 50/50, meaning that one did not prevail over the other.
The next element we need to focus on is the designer cantilevered staircase that connects all the spaces in the house.
This staircase was a challenge both in design and construction, which is why it's so special. Its construction used natural, oiled wood , crafted by a team of artisan cabinetmakers, to achieve this unique finish.
We begin our tour of the bathrooms with this original designer powder room, where the wallpaper takes center stage, perfectly combined with the large backlit mirror and the gold-toned sink and faucet combo.
Without a doubt, a bold design that we immediately fall in love with and that breaks with the more sober contemporary aesthetic that permeates the rest of the house.
In contrast to the previous one, the ground floor bathroom displays a marked contemporary industrial style, a design that conveys this composition in which the materials, the main sink, and the backlit mirror provide originality and visual appeal.
The door, towel rack, and faucets are the finishing touches to a bathroom that immediately surprises you with its blend of more industrial materials and more delicate design elements.
