The Alberto Bosch project represents a harmonious fusion of exclusive design and residential functionality. Located in one of Madrid's most iconic areas, this six-story building, which includes high-end apartments and a duplex penthouse with a terrace and roof garden, was conceived to offer a sophisticated living experience, where every detail reflects a carefully curated vision of comfort and aesthetics.
From the natural wood floors to the stone cladding in the penthouse's master bathroom, Gunni & Trentino's selection of materials brings warmth, personality, and coherence to each space. The lighting has been designed to envelop the rooms in a welcoming atmosphere, while the bathrooms and kitchen incorporate internationally designed pieces that elevate functionality to the level of art.

The use of noble materials and warm textures creates spaces that invite enjoyment, from the main rooms to the bathrooms, where the combination of contemporary design and technical innovation transforms the everyday into a sensorial experience. The penthouse, spread over two levels, becomes the highlight of the proposal: an urban refuge that combines privacy, natural light, and vegetation thanks to its roof garden and spacious terrace, designed to create an organic connection with the outside environment.
The kitchen area and dressing rooms have been designed not only as functional spaces, but as extensions of the lifestyle proposed by the project: order, elegance, and balance. This residential project was developed by Alzaria, with architectural design by B4STUDIO and marketed by Colliers. Gunni & Trentino was involved in the selection and installation of materials and equipment, reaffirming its commitment to design excellence.
