Light, landscape, and design in a home integrated into the Mediterranean.
Villa D8, located on the southeast coast of Mallorca, stands in a privileged location between rocky cliffs and open views of the sea. The project is based on a clear premise: to capture the Mediterranean light and enhance its presence in every corner of the home.

The sea views act as a common thread throughout the interior design.
Integrating itself into the experience of each space in the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room are organized around horizontal lines that promote visual and structural fluidity, while the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape and make it an integral part of the design.
The custom-made furniture, including the dining room and kitchen, has been designed with an ergonomic and contemporary approach, adapting to today's lifestyle. Each piece responds to a logic of comfort, functionality, and aesthetic precision.
Outside, the garden areas, the pergola with a corner sofa, and the outdoor dining table extend the living space into the surroundings. Everything has been designed to allow you to enjoy the climate and everyday life naturally and without visual interruptions.
The project, developed by Terraza Balear (Gunni & Trentino Mallorca), is defined by the careful combination of tones, textures, and volumes that reinforce the connection with the Mediterranean environment and convey a sense of balance, calm, and timelessness.
