Serene design that embraces nature in the heart of Palma.
Located in one of Palma's highest areas, Bonanova is a home that reinterprets family life through a connection with its surroundings. Facing the forest and with privileged views of Bellver Castle, the project combines natural elegance, functionality, and warmth, creating a home designed to enjoy every moment.
The interiors are designed with discretion, respecting the character of the space and prioritizing comfort. Soft tones, clean textures, and organic materials define a relaxed atmosphere, where the design blends seamlessly with the natural essence of the surroundings without overpowering them, transforming each room into a cozy and serene retreat.

Interiors designed to live in connection with the landscape.
The interior layout encourages entertaining. The living room, as the heart of the home, is structured around the fireplace and two facing sofas, fostering an intimate, family-oriented atmosphere. The kitchen and dining room, integrated into a single space, combine functionality with aesthetic balance, creating a comfortable and fluid atmosphere.
On the upper floor, the relaxation area culminates in a master suite notable for its four-poster bed and open views of the forest and castle. The soothing tones and decorative details make this space a personal retreat, where design and landscape delicately blend.
The exterior extends this sense of calm. Wood, featured in the flooring and furnishings, intertwines with the Mediterranean pines and bougainvillea. A porch equipped with a barbecue, built-in sofas, tables, and designer armchairs turns the terrace into a perfect setting for sharing and enjoying the outdoors.
The interior design project was developed by Terraza Balear (Gunni & Trentino Mallorca), with a proposal that combines timeless design, functionality, and an emotional connection with the surroundings.
