Located at 44 Bretón de los Herreros Street, in the Chamberí neighborhood of Madrid, is this residential development designed by Estudio Lamela for the client AKM. The project redefined an urban block to create an architectural complex with clean lines, landscaped common areas, swimming pools, and a paddle tennis court, all in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
Gunni & Trentino has been involved in the design and supply of the kitchens in all the homes, with a design that combines high-quality materials, advanced technology, and a contemporary aesthetic designed for comfort and everyday use.

Each kitchen has been designed to blend naturally into the home's interior, maintaining aesthetic continuity with the rest of the spaces. The use of durable materials, functional systems, and a simple, elegant design enhances the living experience, adding value to each unit.
The project also stands out for its innovative architectural solutions, such as corner windows that double as terraces and movable slats on the ground floor that allow for complete openness to the outdoors, enhancing the relationship between the interior and the urban environment.
