Light, spaciousness, and balance for a new way of living in Chamberí.
Located in the heart of Madrid, the Chamberí project was born with the aim of transforming a compartmentalized apartment into a bright and open home. The project completely redefines the original layout, prioritizing spaciousness, natural light, and functional spaces.
The new layout places the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and study—at one end, creating a spacious and connected social axis, while the bedrooms are located on the other side, thus creating a clear separation between public and private areas. A proposal designed to adapt to a contemporary and harmonious lifestyle.

Clean lines, neutral tones, and a selection of warm materials create a serene and timeless atmosphere. Natural light is enhanced in every corner, becoming the true guiding principle of the project.
The result is a renovated home that balances aesthetics and functionality, where every architectural choice contributes to the well-being and quality of life of its inhabitants. Chamberí is presented as a home that exudes spaciousness, calm, and understated elegance.
The interior design project was developed by Lourdes Martínez Nieto, with the collaboration of Gunni & Trentino in the selection of furniture and finishes.
