Functionality, comfort, and design at the service of elite sports.
The Real Madrid Sports Residence, located in the Valdebebas Sports City, was conceived as a comprehensive space for the rest and preparation of First Team and youth players. An ambitious architectural project, designed to precisely meet the demands of a world-class club.
The main building houses 60 rooms spread over two floors, reserved for the First Team. Next to it, a second, independent and distinctive building houses the youth players. Its construction using prefabricated modules has allowed for optimized timescales without sacrificing quality of execution or architectural design, which combines concrete, glass, and pure forms.
Functional interior design with high competition standards.
Every space in this residence has been conceived to offer a balance between functionality, privacy, and well-being. The interior design meets the criteria of understated and efficient comfort, adapted to the dynamics of a high-performance professional team.
Gunni & Trentino participated in the supply of bathroom materials, selected for their durability, technical performance, and refined aesthetics. Our goal in this project was to reinforce architectural excellence with solutions that meet the highest quality standards.
