Villa Lyra is the first expression of The Sky Marbella, one of the top luxury residential developments on the Golden Mile and one of the most ambitious high-end projects in the Mediterranean. Developed by Rivestia Costa del Sol, with architecture by Manuel Burgos, the interior design of Villa Lyra has been conceived by Gunni & Trentino as a comprehensive proposal that defines the aesthetic language of the home and provides unity, coherence, and personality through different categories: kitchens, bathrooms, custom carpentry, dressing rooms, furniture, art, and styling.
The project incorporates a careful selection of international brands such as Poliform and Inalco, along with materials and solutions from Gunni & Trentino's own brand. The artistic proposal, curated by Juan Alfaro, and the technological integration developed by Illusion complete this vision, where each element contributes to a residential experience defined by comfort, functionality, and beauty.
Villa Lyra thus reflects a new way of understanding housing in Marbella: open spaces, a fluid relationship between interior and exterior, and a residential experience designed to be enjoyed consistently in all seasons.
The project is completed with an international artistic proposal, curated by Juan Alfaro, art manager of Gunni & Trentino, which incorporates art as an essential layer of the residential experience. Far from being understood as an accessory element, each piece has been selected to provide identity, emotion and depth to the spaces, reinforcing this integral vision in which design and art converse naturally.
