Silent balance
Some homes express themselves with force. Others, with balance. The Vela project is a study in harmony — between form and atmosphere, between light and material, between function and emotion. It doesn't seek to dramatize space, but rather to provide serenity. Every room, every corner, every transition is defined by restraint, without implying limitation.
Developed from an integral service by Gunni & Trentino, this home is configured around an essential clarity, present in its circulation, its palette, and its intention. Every piece of furniture, finish, and detail has been chosen or created to reinforce this vision—not from uniformity, but from considered coherence.
An aura of tranquility
Living room, dining room, and kitchen are conceived as a continuous unit—defined not by walls, but by proportion, layout, and light. Spatial continuity structures this area of the home: each area retains its function, but all contribute to an overall atmosphere of calm and openness.
The living room initiates this sequence with generous volumes and low, modular furniture. Upholstered in soft, textured neutrals, the pieces invite both flexibility and relaxation—compositions that naturally accompany the changing rhythms of daily life. Nothing seems forced; each element is part of a discreet choreography of use, creating a space that naturally adapts to gathering, movement, and pause. The Poliform kitchen concludes the ensemble with precision and meaning.
Its layout—with a sculptural island and full-height cabinets—balances visual discretion with everyday functionality. At its center, the dining area acts as a hinge between the culinary and the social. Rounded forms and upholstered seating add structure with softness—a calm point within the open plan.
