Doshi Levien
Doshi Levien is a London-based design studio founded in 2000 by Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien. Their work is characterized by cultural and formal hybridization, masterfully integrating technology and craftsmanship, functionality and aesthetic sensibility. Nipa Doshi brings a vision deeply influenced by her Indian roots and her training in interior design, while Jonathan Levien, with a background in cabinetmaking and industrial design, complements the studio with technical precision and material expertise. This synergy allows them to develop unique, sophisticated, and strongly narrative proposals.
Throughout their career, they have collaborated with some of the most prestigious international design brands, such as B&B Italia, Moroso, Cappellini, Kvadrat, Kettal, and HAY. Their portfolio ranges from furniture to museum projects, lighting, and everyday objects, always reflecting a fusion of cultures and visual languages. Doshi Levien's work has been recognized by institutions such as New York's MoMA and the Cooper Hewitt Museum, consolidating them as undisputed leaders of contemporary design.
