Founded in 2007 by Draga Obradovic and Aurel K. Basedow, Draga & Aurel has established itself as a leading firm in the field of collectible design, combining art, decoration, and artisanal processes with an experimental approach. With roots in art, fashion, and restoration, the duo became known for their innovative upcycling pieces, reinterpreting vintage furniture using painting and resin techniques, thus establishing a unique and timeless aesthetic. Their aesthetic, which embraces the imperfect and the expressive, challenges the boundaries between the functional and the artistic.

Regular collaborators with brands such as Baxter, Gallotti&Radice, Visionnaire, and Poltrona Frau, Draga & Aurel have been featured on major international design platforms, such as Milano Design Week.
