Luca Cimarra

Luca Cimarra is an Italian architect and designer born in Civita Castellana in 1968. A graduate of La Sapienza University in Rome, he began his career collaborating with renowned architect Paolo Portoghesi, working on residential, religious, and urban projects. Since 2002, he has been working independently, working for both companies and private clients in the fields of architecture, industrial design, and corporate communications. In 2005, he founded the AreA+3 studio, consolidating his multidisciplinary approach.

Throughout his career, Cimarra has received important awards such as the Design Plus 2007 in Frankfurt and the ADI Honorable Mention at the 21st Compasso d'Oro. In 2009, he won the Dino Gavina Award, consolidating his presence on the Italian design scene. Since 2012, he has collaborated closely with Cielo, contributing his architectural and aesthetic vision to high-design bathroom projects.
