Studiopepe
Studiopepe, founded in Milan in 2006 by Chiara Di Pinto and Arianna Lelli Mami, is a benchmark in contemporary Italian design for its multidisciplinary, experimental, and profoundly aesthetic approach. With roots in Industrial Design and a sensibility cultivated in the vast imagination of 20th-century art and architecture, particularly Italian design of the 1950s and 1960s, its visual language blends sculpture, color, and geometry with graphic sophistication. From furniture and lighting to interiors, art installations, and creative direction, its projects are characterized by a powerful and evocative visual narrative.
Over the years, Studiopepe has collaborated with leading brands such as Baxter, Fendi, Ceramica Bardelli, Wall&decò, and Essential Home, creating pieces with a sculptural identity and a decorative soul. Their creations fuse formal research and tactile sensitivity, as demonstrated by the Jupiter series, the Sling Chair for Ethimo—winner of the Archiproducts Design Award 2021—or their tapestries and rugs for CC-Tapis. With a rigorous yet intuitive approach, their design challenges trends and creates spaces and objects that excite, reinterpreting tradition through a bold and personal lens.
