Studio Segers
Studio Segers is a Belgian firm with a family soul, founded in 1989 by Rita Westhovens and Wim Segers, which has built an identity based on functional, honest, and essential design. In 2009, the addition of their son, Bob Segers, and Marjan Brants strengthened this intergenerational synergy, combining experience and creative freshness. Their approach focuses on giving shape to clear and viable ideas, where each project is born from an intuitive understanding of the user's real needs and becomes a timeless, sensible, and unique object.
Through a sober and precise formal language, Studio Segers transforms simplicity into virtue. Its products, conceived from a responsible and deeply pragmatic perspective, reveal a restrained aesthetic that prioritizes functionality without sacrificing elegance. This philosophy of rigorous and committed design makes Studio Segers a benchmark for those seeking durable, thoughtful, and deeply human objects.
