Facing Bendinat Castle, in a Mallorcan coastal enclave surrounded by nature and golf courses, Villa Ananda is conceived as a custom-designed home, intended for enjoyment, gathering, and connection with its surroundings. It is a 360º project in which every space and every decision has been carefully worked on in a personalized way, encompassing all the rooms of the villa to achieve a global and coherent vision. Architecture, interior design, and landscaping dialogue to create a serene, luminous, and deeply connected experience to the place.
The entrance marks the beginning of a carefully curated selection of furniture, custom carpentry designed by Gunni & Trentino, and Gunni & Trentino flooring, which consistently extends throughout the entire project. These elements articulate the different spaces, which are interconnected and open to the outside to allow natural light to enter. Stone, wood, organic textures, high ceilings, and warm tones create a balanced and enveloping atmosphere, designed to be lived in and experienced.
A custom design that integrates indoor and outdoor spaces
The Poliform kitchen integrates naturally into the architecture, where the custom design of the central stone island adds character and functionality.
Open to the dining room, from which you can enjoy the landscape and articulated around the Janua table, both spaces are unified thanks to the custom carpentry design, maintaining the continuity that is felt throughout the entire project.
In the private areas, Poliform walk-in closets bring order and lightness, while custom-designed bathrooms combine carpentry and stone to maintain overall coherence. The tour culminates in the SPA area, a wellness retreat where light and the various selected textures create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
