Villa Quantum opened its doors for an exclusive evening dedicated to architecture, design and elevated Mediterranean living. Conceived as a contemporary brutalist residence defined by precision, structure and understated luxury, the villa provided the perfect setting for an immersive experience where architectural vision, interior design and lifestyle came together. The event brought together a selected audience of architects, developers, interior designers, real estate professionals and design enthusiasts, offering them the opportunity to explore the project from multiple perspectives.
The evening featured contributions from key figures behind Villa Quantum and its creative universe, including developer Heinz Winterer’s vision, the architectural concept by Alberto Cano, Engel & Völkers’ perspective on this unique property within the luxury residential market, Minotti’s creative universe presented by Alessio Minotti and designer Hannes Peer, and the approach to interior design by José Manuel Moreno, representative of Gunni & Trentino. Their insights revealed the different layers that shape the project, from its architectural identity to its refined interior experience and the role of contemporary design within the space.
