ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Lucie Koldova

Lucie Koldova is a renowned Czech designer based in Paris, whose work focuses on the creation of lamps, furniture, and sculptural objects. After completing her studies in Prague, she moved to France in 2009, where she developed her own unique style characterized by formal purity, the poetic use of light, and an elegant combination of noble materials such as wood, metal, and especially blown glass, an element that has become her signature.

Koldova draws inspiration from the balance between functionality and emotion, creating timeless pieces that stand out for their charismatic presence and meticulous craftsmanship. Her work has been widely exhibited at fairs and galleries worldwide, and she has received awards such as Czech Designer of the Year and Elle Decoration's Decorating Talent. She collaborates with internationally renowned brands and continues to explore the boundaries of design through limited-edition projects and industrial production.
