Developed by Mallorca Heritage, with the collaboration of Gunni & Trentino for the interior design, this four-story home stands out for its spaciousness, panoramic views, and completely customized design.
The project is structured around the concept of spatial coherence: custom furniture, paneling, and woodwork are integrated into a design that transforms each room into a natural extension of the previous one. Innovative materials and custom design solutions unify the user experience and reinforce the visual and functional fluidity of the entire home.
