The Château Grand Palais 180 (model G48) represents the highest level of customization within the Château de La Cornue collection. Its design, dimensions, and finishes allow for the creation of a unique piece perfectly tailored to the client's style and needs.

1. Body finishes

This kitchen is available in over 50 finishes, including enamels and metals. It can also be customized with a unique color upon special request.

2. Metal trims

You can choose from 10 styles of metal trim for moldings and details:

- Polished Brass
- Brushed Brass
- Polished Stainless Steel
- Brushed Stainless Steel
- Brushed Nickel
- Polished Chrome
- Polished Copper
- Brushed Copper
- Matte Black
- Matte Bronze

Prices may vary depending on the combination of finishes chosen.

3. Cooking surface configurations

The kitchen can be configured with any of the following 7 possible surface combinations:

- Gas burners (standard, maxi and small)
- French plate (“French Top”)
- Large electric Teppan-Yaki
- Induction hobs
- Gas grill with lava rocks

Some items such as the Teppan-Yaki or induction hobs have an additional cost per unit.

These combinations allow the cuisine to be adapted to different culinary styles, from traditional French cuisine to Asian techniques.

4. Ovens

The Grand Palais 180 includes:

-1 gas-fired vaulted ovenwith electric grill (left)
-1 electric domed ovenwith electric grill (right)
